We send about 10 marketing emails a week to our VIP members, leads and aged-leads.
The product selections are given to me by marketing managers and then I have full creative control over the story.

Transactional Emails

Transactional emails are boring by nature. But I choose to use them as branding opportunities.
I jazz up the language, and lean into our brand voice, to make these humdrum emails more interesting.

Product descriptions

I choose to explain technical features, fabrics, and product value props in the most relatable ways possible.
I tie the product back to an activity or a story. This anchors the descriptions to every day life and real world possibilities.
