Testing Effective Checkout Flows

I worked with a team of web developers and UX designers to create an educational and seamless checkout flow for new users and potential subscribers.

My Strategy:

I made the choice to use a more conversational tone, rather than a technical tone — it’s a gentle reminder to the user that behind the monitor, Headspace is a human brand.

Family and Kids 2.0

I worked with a UX designer to revamp the Headspace kids and family section in the app. Using calming and relatable language, I wrote the blurbs to be simple and descriptive, to be understood by parents and their young ones.

 Useful and Effective Modals

Modals are a great way to deliver useful information, like a new in-app feature, or in this case, a new partnership with the NBA and WNBA. Modals are most effective when they’re used sparingly and strategically.
