Testing Effective Checkout Flows
I worked with a team of web developers and UX designers to create an educational and seamless checkout flow for new users and potential subscribers.
My Strategy:
I made the choice to use a more conversational tone, rather than a technical tone — it’s a gentle reminder to the user that behind the monitor, Headspace is a human brand.
My Strategy:
